Description
Semiramis Mixed Baklawa is a mouth-watering dessert made of layers of filo dough, filled with a variety of sweet and savory fillings. This Middle Eastern delicacy is a popular choice for special occasions and gatherings. The baklava features a combination of different textures and flavors, thanks to its ingredients which include wheat flour, pistachios, cashews, animal ghee, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Each type of baklava in the mix is prepared with a specific filling, ranging from nutty to fruity ones. The dough is carefully rolled, stretched, and folded to create thin layers, which give this dessert its signature flaky texture. The nut fillings are mostly crushed and mixed with sugar and ghee, while the fruit fillings are cooked with sugar to form a thick, sweet paste. The result is a delectable treat that combines the crunchiness of the dough, the richness of the ghee, and the sweetness of the fillings. Semiramis Mixed Baklawa is best served with a cup of hot tea or coffee, making it the perfect indulgence for any time of the day. Whether you have a sweet tooth or prefer something more savory, Semiramis Mixed Baklawa has something for everyone, making it a beloved dessert in Middle Eastern cuisine.
