Semiramis Ghraiba are a type of traditional Arabic shortbread cookies, known for their melt-in-your-mouth texture and simple yet delicious flavor. These cookies are made with a base of wheat flour, giving them a crumbly and flaky texture. They are traditionally made with animal ghee, which adds a rich and buttery flavor to the cookies. The cookies are then studded with chopped pistachios, adding a slightly nutty and crunchy element to each bite. Finally, they are sweetened with sugar, resulting in a perfectly balanced and indulgent treat. These Ghraiba cookies are a popular dessert in many Middle Eastern countries and are often enjoyed during special occasions or with a cup of hot tea or coffee. SPECIFICATIONS
