| Sisley Phyto-Cernes Eclat N°3, Phyto-Cernes Eclat eye concealer is a tinted anti-dark circles solution. It rapidly conceals dark circles and darkened areas (ultra-pure pigments), and it addresses under-eye puffiness and symptoms of weariness (extracts of Red Vine, Arnica, and Ginkgo biloba). It visibly smoothes wrinkles and fine lines while improving the appearance of the eye area. Its metal massage point provides a rapid cooling effect, and the supplied brush enables for customizable application. Its smooth, creamy consistency ensures a simple application, natural finish, and long wear. The eyes appear more rested and lovely. Dark circles are concealed, gloomy regions appear lighter, and eye puffiness is significantly reduced. SPECIFICATIONS
Using light strokes, apply the metallic tip to the eye contour for a cooling effect. Then, apply Phyto-Cernes Eclat with the brush or by tapping with the fingertips, moving from the interior to the exterior corner of the eye. May also be used as a concealer. Wash the brush regularly with soap and water. Allow to air dry.
